Josh is registered with the States of Louisiana and Texas and can legally perform marriage ceremonies--in addition to rocking your guests!

The secret of a good DJ is her understanding of mood. Music is a mood-maker, and that is primarily what DJs are hired to do: create a mood. For this reason a DJ must have a good grasp of music genres and a deep knowledge of what works and what does not. Playing the right song at the right moment lifts people up, and playing the inappropriate song at the wrong moment will send your guests flying from the dance floor.

Good DJs will sometimes avoid playing a requested song at an event because that song is a "downer" or is simply not right for what the guests seem to be feeling. Bad DJs will play any request at any moment, or play the wrong song at the right time. Slewfoot Sounds knows what works and what does not, and will play your requested songs at the right time.
